Brocano® supplies automatic powder packing machines with auger fillers in Malaysia for suitable food and non-food powders. This configuration offers a reference filling range of 30–500 g, with auger changes required to suit different products and filling quantities. The machine combines powder dosing with bag forming, filling, sealing, cutting and counting. Batch-number printing can be configured according to your requirements.
A rotating auger dispenses powder into the bag formed from compatible packaging film. The machine then seals and cuts the filled pack. The auger size and operating settings must be matched to the powder’s bulk density, flow characteristics and target filling weight. One auger may not cover the entire filling range.
