Fully Automatic L-Sealer Machine (Vertical Type) - BC-LS360-Z

Brocano® BC-LS360-SK Fully Automatic L-Sealer Machine uses a vertical sealing mechanism to seal and cut shrink film around products. The sealing stroke automatically adjusts according to product thickness, helping optimise the sealing cycle for different product heights. Equipped with horizontal and vertical photoelectric sensors, the machine detects products of different thicknesses. It offers a packing speed of up to 40 packs/min, depending on the product, film and operating conditions.

For finished shrink-wrapped packaging, pair the machine with a compatible heat shrink tunnel. The L-sealer seals the film around the product; the tunnel then applies heat to shrink it.

Product suitability depends on dimensions, shape, stability, film requirements and tolerance of the subsequent heat shrinking process.

Automatic product loading from an upstream process depends on the feeding arrangement and selected configuration.
