Brocano® supplies high-performance heat shrink tunnels in Malaysia for products wrapped and sealed in compatible shrink film. The tunnel circulates heated air around the product, helping the film shrink closely around its shape for a neat packaging finish. Adjustable airflow and conveyor options allow the system to be configured according to your product and packaging requirements.
A conveyor carries the film-wrapped product through the heated chamber. Circulating hot air shrinks the film around the product.
This tunnel completes the heat-shrinking process. A separate compatible sealing machine is required to wrap, seal and cut the film beforehand.
Depending on the product, film and selected configuration, applications may include:
