12 / 14 Head Belt-Type Linear Combination Weighers

Brocano® supplies 12 and 14 head belt-type linear combination weighers in Malaysia for portioning suitable fresh and frozen food products. Available in T-shaped and parallel layouts, the system uses weighing belts to handle products that may be sticky, delicate or difficult to feed through conventional weighing hoppers.

Products are placed or fed onto individual weighing belts. The system weighs the portions and selects a combination close to the target pack weight. The selected belts then transfer the product towards the discharge point for collection or downstream packaging.

Product loading may be manual on the selected feeding arrangement. Bag forming and sealing require separate compatible packaging equipment.
