Semi-Automatic MAP Tray Sealing Machine
Brocano® Semi-Automatic MAP Tray Sealing Machine packages suitable food products in compatible trays using vacuum, modified-atmosphere gas filling and heat sealing. Operators place prefilled trays into the mould. The machine then completes the configured packaging cycle, including vacuuming, gas filling, film sealing, cutting and finished-tray discharge. The mould, film and gas requirements are selected according to the product and tray design.

Specifications vary by model and configuration. Final mould layout, film compatibility, vacuum system, utility requirements and available customisation will be confirmed in your quotation.
Actual output depends on trays per cycle, vacuum and gas settings, sealing time and operator handling. Required gas composition and residual oxygen targets must be assessed for the application; no fixed residual oxygen level is guaranteed by the reference specifications.

Product filling, gas supply equipment, gas mixing, compressors and other accessories are included only when specified in your quotation. The finished-tray discharge and collection arrangements depend on the supplied configuration.
