Brocano® Automatic Linear Tray Sealing Machine conveys suitable trays or containers through a heat-sealing process using compatible lidding materials. Container holders, sealing moulds and feeding arrangements are selected according to your packaging requirements. Product filling, container feeding, date coding and film registration can be assessed as part of the selected configuration. These functions are included only when specified in your quotation.

Suitability depends on container dimensions, material, rim design, filling level and lidding-film compatibility. Filling applications also require assessment of product viscosity, temperature and portion size.

Actual output depends on container size, filling requirements, sealing time, film handling and feeding consistency. Sealing temperature must be selected for the actual container and lidding material.

If filling is required, include the target fill quantity, product viscosity and filling temperature. Please also share your available floor space and any existing equipment connections.

Brocano provides installation, operator training and after-sales support according to the agreed scope. Demonstrations of selected equipment are available by appointment, subject to availability.
