Semi-Automatic Swing Flow Wrapping Machine for Vegetables

Brocano® supplies semi-automatic swing flow wrapping machines in Malaysia for vegetables and other suitable solid products. The adjustable swing design allows the machine to operate in horizontal, vertical or intermediate positions, helping match the packing arrangement to the product and loading requirements.

The machine uses compatible roll film to wrap, seal and cut individual packs. Product loading is carried out by an operator unless a suitable feeding arrangement is included.

• Adjustable packing position: The swing design allows operation from horizontal to vertical, with intermediate angles available to suit the application.
• Flexible pack-length control: Product-length detection or preset bag-length settings can be used according to the selected operating mode.
• PLC and touchscreen controls: Operators can set and adjust packaging parameters through the control panel.
• Servo-driven operation: Supports controlled movement during the packaging cycle.
• Film compatibility: Designed for suitable BOPP and CPP flow-wrapping films, subject to film specification and sealing trials.

Applications may include vegetables and other suitable solid products that can be manually presented to the machine for wrapping.

Flexible Wrapping for Different Products

The adjustable operating angle helps accommodate different product-loading arrangements. The appropriate position, bag size and film should be selected based on the actual product and preferred packaging finish.
