Brocano® supplies automatic inner and outer tea bag packing machines in Malaysia for suitable tea and herbal infusion products. The machine forms and fills an inner filter bag, attaches a thread and tag, and packs it into an individual outer envelope.
The configuration is selected according to your tea characteristics, target filling weight, filter material and outer packaging requirements.

Suitability depends on particle size, bulk density, flow and the selected dosing system. Large leaves, bulky ingredients and blends with different particle sizes may require trials.

Filling weight depends on product bulk density and the selected dosing components. Different filling ranges may require different tooling.
