Semi-Automatic Skin Packaging Machine
Brocano® Semi-Automatic Vacuum Skin Packaging Machine packs suitable food products on compatible trays using specialised skin film. Vacuum and heat form the film closely around the product and seal it to the compatible tray surface. Operators load prepared trays and remove finished packs between packaging cycles. The tray mould, film and settings are selected according to your product and packaging requirements.

Products with excessive free liquid or sensitivity to pressure may not be suitable. Product dimensions, surface condition and height above the tray rim must be assessed before confirming the configuration.

Cycles per minute are not the number of packs produced per minute. Actual output depends on trays per cycle, product characteristics, vacuum settings and operator loading time. Chamber dimensions do not represent the maximum usable product dimensions.

Send us your product photos, dimensions, weight, tray sample or drawing, and required packs per minute.
Please include the product height above the tray rim, any free liquid and your current film details. Suitable skin film and trays must be assessed together; ordinary cling film should not be assumed compatible.
