Fully Automatic MAP Tray Sealing Machine
Brocano® Conveyorised MAP Tray Sealing Machine transfers suitable prefilled trays through a controlled packaging cycle. Depending on the selected configuration, the machine can perform heat sealing, vacuum packaging or modified atmosphere packaging with gas filling. The base arrangement requires operators to load prepared trays. Additional feeding and discharge automation can be assessed according to your production-line requirements.

Cycles per minute are not the number of trays packed per minute. Actual output depends on trays per cycle, product characteristics, vacuum and gas settings, sealing time and feeding arrangements.

Product filling and automatic product loading are separate functions unless included in your quotation. Gas supply, gas mixing, compressors, conveyors and other accessories are confirmed according to the agreed scope.

Please include tray samples or drawings, product height above the tray rim and any existing gas or residual-oxygen requirements. For line integration, share your conveyor height, layout and available floor space.
