Semi-Automatic Tray Sealing Machine - BC-TS04S-KL
Brocano® Semi-Automatic Tray Sealing Machine seals compatible lidding film onto suitable prefilled trays. Operators place the trays into the mould and remove the finished packs after the sealing cycle. The reference configuration accommodates four trays per cycle. Mould layout and tray quantity are selected according to your tray dimensions and packaging requirements.

Suitability depends on tray material, rim design, product loading level and sealing-film compatibility. Tray and film samples should be assessed before confirming the configuration.

Specifications vary by model and configuration. Final tray compatibility, mould layout, film requirements and available customisation will be confirmed in your quotation.
Actual output depends on trays per cycle, sealing time, operator handling and product conditions. Four trays per cycle does not apply to every tray size. The temperature range is an equipment adjustment range; the operating temperature must suit the selected tray and film.

Product filling is a separate operation unless included in your quotation. Vacuum and MAP functions should not be assumed included in this reference configuration. Film cutting and finishing arrangements are confirmed for the supplied equipment.
