Mini Carton Sealer

Brocano® Compact Carton Sealer applies adhesive tape to suitable loaded corrugated cartons using a compact machine layout. Operators manually adjust the carton width and height, fold the carton flaps and feed the carton into the machine. Side-belt or top-and-bottom-belt drive configurations are available according to carton size, loaded weight and handling requirements. Suitable infeed and outfeed conveyors can be added to support the packing process.

Suitability depends on carton dimensions, loaded weight, rigidity and stability. A compact machine layout does not necessarily mean it can handle very small or low-profile cartons.

Actual output depends on carton length, spacing, operator feeding speed and machine settings. Carton dimensions and loaded weight must be assessed together. Additional conveyors increase the total installation space.

Operators prepare the carton flaps before feeding. Automatic flap folding and automatic size adjustment are not included in the reference configuration. Flexible conveyors and other accessories are supplied according to your quotation.
