Brocano® Automatic Box Forming Machine is designed to form suitable pre-cut and creased cardboard blanks into boxes. It feeds the prepared blanks and folds them into the required shape according to the selected box structure and machine configuration.
This machine forms boxes from prepared blanks. It does not cut, print or crease raw cardboard sheets. The forming and closure method must be confirmed against your box sample or die-cut drawing.

Suitability depends on the blank dimensions, board thickness, crease positions, locking tabs and finished box structure. Box samples or drawings should be assessed before confirming the configuration.

Actual output depends on the box structure, board quality and machine settings. Size ranges must be checked against the die-cut drawing and machine orientation; maximum dimensions should not be assumed to apply simultaneously. Magazine capacity depends on blank thickness and stacking conditions.

Product loading is a separate operation. Any gluing or additional closing functions must be confirmed for the selected configuration.

Please indicate which flaps should remain open for product loading and whether your box uses locking tabs or adhesive.
