Orbital Stretch Wrapping Machine
Brocano® Orbital Stretch Wrapping Machine applies stretch film around compatible products as they travel through a rotating wrapping ring. It is suitable for selected profiles, bundles and other products that can be supported and conveyed through the wrapping section. The conveyor arrangement, product-holding mechanism and film settings are selected according to product dimensions, shape, length and required wrapping coverage.

Suitability depends on the product’s cross-section, length, weight, rigidity and surface condition. Product samples or drawings should be assessed before confirming the configuration.

The listed product ranges require assessment against the wrapping-ring opening and product orientation. Maximum width and height should not be assumed to apply simultaneously. Product length, weight and support requirements must also be confirmed.
Ring rotation speed is not the number of products wrapped per minute. Actual output depends on product length, conveyor speed, film overlap and wrapping coverage.

The loading method, product supports, conveyor scope and end coverage depend on the selected configuration. Orbital wrapping should not be assumed to fully enclose or seal both ends of the product.
