Fully Automatic Continuous Skin Pack Machine
Brocano® Conveyorised Vacuum Skin Packaging Machine transfers suitable prepared trays through a vacuum skin packaging system. Specialised film is heated and formed closely around the product, then sealed to the compatible tray surface. The conveyorised arrangement supports a connected packing workflow. Product placement, tray feeding and downstream handling are selected according to your production requirements.

Suitability depends on product dimensions, free liquid, pressure sensitivity, tray design and film compatibility. Product height above the tray rim must be assessed against the selected mould and packaging configuration.

Actual output depends on trays per cycle, product characteristics, vacuum settings and feeding arrangements. Tray dimensions must be assessed together and should not be treated as unrestricted maximum dimensions.
