How the Packaging Process Works
Supported Product Feeding → Film Sealing & Cutting → Heat Shrinking → Supported Discharge
Products must remain stable and adequately supported during sealing, shrinking and discharge. Longer or heavier products may require additional conveyors or a customised handling arrangement.
Selection considers:
- Product length, width, height and weight
- Required film width and packaging finish
- Sealing capacity and usable tunnel opening
- Conveyor support and load requirements
- Available floor space and target output
A wider machine does not automatically accommodate every product. Product dimensions, weight and operating clearance must be checked against the complete configuration.
