Tray Shrink Wrapping
Brocano® provides automatic tray shrink wrapping solutions in Malaysia for suitable bottled, canned and boxed-product multipacks. The system combines a supporting cardboard tray with PE shrink film to form the finished pack.
Product grouping, tray design and line configuration are assessed according to your products and production requirements.

How the Packaging Process Works
Product Grouping → Tray Forming & Gluing → PE Film Wrapping → Heat Shrinking → Finished Pack
Products are grouped into the required arrangement. Cardboard blanks are fed, folded and secured with hot-melt adhesive to form a supporting tray. The tray-supported group is then wrapped in PE film and conveyed through a compatible shrink tunnel.
Single-Lane or Dual-Lane Configuration
Single-lane and dual-lane arrangements can be assessed according to product feeding, pack format, available space and required output. Final capacity depends on the complete system. Tray dimensions, cardboard specifications and adhesive requirements must be confirmed as part of the packaging design.
