Vertical Powder Packaging Machine (Three Side Seal)

Brocano® supplies automatic three-side seal powder sachet packing machines in Malaysia for suitable powders packed in small portions. The system combines auger dosing with vertical bag forming, filling and sealing to produce individual sachets from compatible roll film. The auger and packaging configuration are selected according to your powder characteristics, target filling weight and sachet dimensions.

A three-side seal sachet has three sealed edges and one folded edge. This format differs from a back-seal pillow bag and can be assessed for portion packs, sample packs and other small-pack applications. For customers requiring four-side seal packaging, Brocano can assess a customised machine configuration based on the product and preferred sachet design. 

Three-Side Seal or Four-Side Seal?

• Three-side seal: Three sealed edges and one folded edge, suitable for a range of portion packs and sample sachets.

• Four-side seal — customisation enquiry: Sealed along all four edges. Please provide your packaging sample so we can assess a suitable powder dosing, bag-forming and sealing configuration.

The required seal format should be specified before ordering. A four-side seal configuration may require different equipment or components; it should not be assumed that the featured machine can switch directly between both formats.

Product trials are recommended for fine, dusty, cohesive or moisture-sensitive powders. Filling performance depends on powder flow, bulk density and consistency.

These ranges are subject to product, film and configuration assessment. Not every filling weight can be combined with every sachet size. Required output and filling tolerance should be confirmed through application assessment.
