Vertical Filling Machine For Sauce Packing

Brocano® supplies automatic sauce sachet packing machines in Malaysia for packing suitable sauces and semi-fluid products into individual portions. This vertical packaging machine uses a paste pump metering system matched to your product characteristics and target filling quantity. It forms bags from compatible roll film, fills the sauce, then seals and cuts the finished packs.

Suitable Sauce Applications

Products that may be assessed include:

• Sambal and chilli sauce
• Tomato sauce and ketchup
• Suitable dressings and condiments
• Other pumpable sauces and semi-fluid products

Suitability depends on viscosity, filling temperature, oil separation and particle content. For sauces containing chilli seeds, fibres or other particles, provide a product sample so we can assess the pump and nozzle requirements.

The metering pump is selected according to the sauce and required portion size. Different filling quantities may require a different pump or filling configuration. Product trials can help assess filling consistency, dripping and whether sauce residues affect the sealing area.

Available configurations include:

• Back-seal sachets: A longitudinal seal on the rear, with seals across the top and bottom.
• Three-side-seal sachets: Three sealed edges and one folded edge.

The required bag format should be confirmed during machine selection. Changing the format may require different forming and sealing components.

• Filling weight: 1–110 g, with a suitable metering pump
• Bag length: 30–280 mm
• Bag width: 10–120 mm
